Amazing location overlooking a beautiful lake, just a short walk to the ferry. The view from the room was breathtaking. The street entertainers in the Piazza provided great music at night. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job. The restaurant served delicious food, especially the pizza and hamburger.

the location is good, and the lake view from the room is very nice and romantic. the room is big, the shower is a bit small.
the free parking is far away from the hotel, and the hotel itself isn't easy to find (not even with a gps). breakfast is poor

Everything was very good with large and functional rooms. A great selection of options, incredible food. Flexible and best staff always on hand. Great services, the private parking was available nearby. Not to mention excellent wifi! Location near to the central square, the centre with a beautiful view of the lake, and the north shore of Lake Garda. Plus, minutes away from Riva del Garda Ferry Dock.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, and our room was surprisingly spacious with a beautiful view of the lake. The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the staff were incredibly helpful and patient with us.
Breakfast offerings could be improved by ensuring a smoother flow during peak times.

The breakfast buffet was not very good & bad coffee. Go somewhere else for a great Italian coffee & breakfast.

Location could not be better. We had a room on the top floor with a beautiful view. Parking your car was not so convenient, but the system worked well.
Missed not having a mini bar when the room was so nice and the view so great.

During our stay in the heart of the city, we truly enjoyed the central location, on a lakefront square surrounded by restaurants. The view from our room was stunning; we could see the beautiful lake. The room was modern with a powerful, hot shower, comfortable beds, and air conditioning. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety to choose from, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. In addition, the hotel facilities were great.
Finding a secure car park around the hotel was challenging at times, but upon check-in, the staff provided us with directions.
